I found myself in need of medical attention and this was the nearest ER. I was brought in and attended to immediately. Everyone was kind and reassuring. I am bad at remembering names but I want to thank the entire ER staff working 8/31 during the early afternoon for helping make a stressful situation a little less stressful.
The phlebotomist's at the buda location are amazing. They always greet you and make you feel great during the process. I never had a issue with them taking my blood. If anyone needs lab work, always schedule with the buda location. You wont be disappointed. The ladies definitely need kudos ?? ? ?
My dad (dementia and complex medical issues) required care and was admitted for a 4 day stay. Everyone here was so lovely, helpful and kind. Everyone! …doctors, nurses, patient service representative (Jade - you’re the best!), even a random employee passing by in the cafeteria.
Literally, this has been the best hospital experience a family could have asked for and we are so grateful! Thank you!!!
