It's hard to find a traditional barbershop here in Beaumont. The one's I've been to are either bad at listening (when giving instructions on how you want your haircut) or are always in a rush to finish you up so they can work on the next customer. Haircuts are suppose to be relaxing and this place is it. Their shop is worn out from the outside but when you get inside, it gives you that “I'm at home” feel. Beauford took great care of me and listened to my haircut instructions. He takes his time and keeps a conversation with you as he works his craft. My haircut was exactly how I wanted it! I've been getting my hair cut here for over 2 years now. This place is an old school barber sharp run by 2 professionals, Rick and Blanchard. They have been cutting hair for way longer than I have been alive. They are masters of their craft and reasonably priced.

I love this place! The guys are friendly and are REAL BARBERS, not hair stylists or hair designers but REAL BARBERS! They can use a straight razor! It's nice to sit back and enjoy the banter and listen to the people around talking about sports or politics while having my neck shaved and getting a great haircut.
