Update: I’ve used Texas Reliable Service for years now. They get technicians out quickly, the service providers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They always identify the issue quickly - you’re paying for their years of expertise even more than the repair itself. They fix it and fix it well! The customer service of the admin staff and the technicians is first class. I won’t use another company!!

My AC went out in the middle of the night! I called at 7am and gave my info to a live person. Within 5 seconds Juan, the owner, called me back and had me scheduled for 8:30am!
