I highly recommend this location for your eyecare needs. My girlfriend and I have been coming here since our very first pairs of glasses with Dr. Vincent many years ago, and we have always had an ideal experience.
All of the staff we have interacted with were always extremely friendly and took great care of us. They have consistently provided the type of care and service that keeps us coming back. I recently went in to discuss an old payment issue that I didn't notice for a very long time (my fault) and they were willing to work with me to provide a resolution that exceeded my expectations. I had a mechanical problem with my glasses (nose-piece broke off) and needed a new one/repair. The staff was friendly, courteous, promptly solved my problem with BETTER, more comfortable support pieces and the charge? Nada. Zero. Nothing. Niente. Rien. These are nice, good people with an excellent service. Five stars.
