I have been coming here off on on for a couple of years and have always had a positive experience with the desk staff, nurses, and doctors. I move a lot, and as a result have been to a variety of different (and bad) doctors. However, Dr. Godfrey, Juilee Kozarekar, and the rest of the staff have always made me feel welcome, always listen, and always provide great care.
The front desk struggles with efficient communication and tasks. Megan Pieper is attentive and kind, but both times I was there the front desk forgot to put my name in for lab work that she requested. After waiting over an hour the second time and realizing their mistake (again), I had to leave. They said they would call me to reschedule, but they never did and I was charged the full office visit anyways.
5 stars for Dr. Godfrey and his assistant (Eric i think?). Eric asked politely for my permission before taking my vitals which I appreciated. & Godfrey is the best doc i’ve ever been to
