I had another company come out and it was taking months to get the job done. I called this company and they immediately came out, assessed the issue, ordered the parts and returned a few days later to install the part. They even gave us some tips, a new filter, and were very informative of what they did every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend them.

Tom’s has been great to call on when we need an air conditioner serviced. They have professional technicians that show up on time or call if they are running late. Marc, the last technician who arrived, explained the problem in detail and even took a picture of what was going on with the unit in the attic. We appreciate it!
