Our situation was handled quickly and it wasn't cost prohibitive. I have used Heroes Plumbing for a couple of different jobs and they are the go-to plumbing company my son uses for his business. Our tankless Navian hot water heater stopped working. Called John at Heros Plumbing. He scheduled us for the next morning. Robert was the technician who diagnosed the problem immediately. Robert took pics of problem, contacted the company and got a new hot water heater under warranty. He did it all for us. Very professional!! This is our second time to use this company.
