Bob Jay’s was amazing. I called in the morning and they showed up in the morning. The technician was a great guy who repaired my unit fast. All around a great experience. Thank you Bob Jay’s!!!
Highly recommend Bob Jay’s. They were very nice on the phone instructing me on what I needed to do with the system prior to the technician’s arrival. He arrived when they said he would, and I appreciated them getting me on the calendar quickly since my AC wasn’t working. The technician very thorough in investigating to try to find the issue.
I am beyond satisfied with Bob Jay's Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing Inc. I had a punctured water pipe that connected to the water heater and had to shut off the water immediately. The stress was very high and I was overwhelmed not knowing how long I had to go on without water in order for a technician to show up. All I can say is this company was God sent. I called and within 10 minutes they showed up and repaired the pipe in such a quick timely manner. They are professional, efficient and trustworthy and I am beyond grateful for their services.Highly recommend their service to anyone in need! Thank you many times & God bless you.
