I started seeing Dr. Shelstad around September 2023, because I was pregnant and having so many issues - some of those being leg and ankle cramps, fatigue, anxiety, depression, tension in my face, neck and back, and teeth grinding. After just a few months of seeing Dr. Shelstad, every one of these issues improved, most went away completely! I had never been to a chiropractor before then, so I’m glad I chose this place because they gave me an incredible experience and I will forever be receiving regular chiropractic care to stay healthy!
Always met with a smile & called by name , I am so thankful for Dr Rudder she takes time to explain my treatment & works around my other health issues to keep me going❤️ thank you all & may God Bless you as you continue to do such a good job?❤️

This is the friendliest office I have ever been in. They legitimately care about everyone that walks through the door. They’re very professional and very loving and caring towards everyone! Dr. Shelstad has helped improve my movement and I actually feel so much better.
