Did my taxes $800.00. Did not file properly my SSDI lump sum payment, causing late fees. Very expensive and don't know what they are doing. Will never go here again. Major headache!
They chargme for a quick phone call and told me it was a consultation at $125. They charge me and a friend of mine with the exact same type of filing different amounts and then after I already paid them told me that a piece of information I requested wasn't included in that and I had to pay additional money. Talk about bait and switch! Very underhanded.
