Along the way, he offered great insights and useful suggestions, such as a TV wall mount that pulls down over the fireplace mantle and an instant hot water fixture for the island prep sink. We use the latter every day for our hot tea and/or oatmeal and love it -- no more waiting for the microwave to heat the water. Travis Close Homes was the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with. We relocated to Chattanooga in 2023 and knew very little about the city. Travis Close went out of his way to show us around, educate us and even conducted a FaceTime showing when our flight to Tennessee was cancelled. Travis Close Homes made our real estate dreams come true. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a Chattanooga or Signal Mountain realtor.
