Admittedly, the service was much more expensive than I had anticipated. Mirso, the technician, did such a good job diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. He even helped me to prevent such problems from arising again. It was a pleasure to have him in my home and to hear a little of his story as well. The only reason why this isn’t a 5 star review is because the office rescheduled on me twice. Thank you Mirso!!
First time using Roto-Rooter to flush my hot water heater and drain/remove my old one. Bryan K. was knowledgeable, respectful and a great communicator. I will definitely use them again when the need arises.
