“We have been going to Mirage for a couple months now. Why do we keep going back? Cause of the experience and quality. When we walk in they know us and are excited that we are there. They treat us very well and always go the extra mile. Was in there July 2nd and joked that it would be cool to have fireworks on my big toes. I look down while she is finishing up and boom fireworks on my toes. Red, white, and blue sparkles and fireworks on my big toes!!! My feet have never been popular at the BBQ. Several ladies told their husbands to go get a pedi with me next time.

“I have been coming to Unique since they opened and even the new location in Gallatin. I drive 45 minutes from Franklin just to see Michael! Nery or as I call her, Mom, Gives the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Absolute perfection from both. Michael is always kind and patient with all of his guest and wants to please everybody. Here are pictures of my manicure and pedicure along with two other ladies who came in to get their nails done by Michael. He always wants his guest to be happy so If you’re asking for something difficult bring in a picture! He will get it perfect every time. “I have never left a review for anything…. But this hands down was the BEST experience I’ve ever had. I came in a hour and a half before close for new dip on my nails and a gel pedicure, I got Jen and August they were the most kind people ever they did my manicure and pedicure at the same time and were very attentive to how short I wanted my nails and if the color looked good. When I said I didn’t want a foot massage(I hate my feet being touched) August did very well of still doing the most he could while working around that request, and the guy that was at the front desk came around to all the ladies in there multiple times making sure everyone was happy with everything and didn’t need anything. “The staff at LaBella are great! My young granddaughter needed a change of color because she’s in a sport that requires nude color polish and we were in a time crunch. The young lady took her right away and we were done in under an hour. She was very gentle with her in taking off the color and choosing just the right samples needed. I failed to get her name. She’s young and blonde. On a previous visit, we had Amanda and Diane, I don’t like the drill and Diane did an amazing job on my nails. Amanda did a great job with my granddaughter. “I just had my 2nd visit with Kaitlynn Barrett and she's been wonderful in every way. She listens and is able to do exactly what you ask, while also recommending creative ideas. My problematic hair had SO much damage from a previous stylist. Over-processed, uneven layers, not to mention being fine and thin. Kaitlynn had an uphill battle to make my hair healthy again and to color correct the yuck. But she is so patient and meticulous in her technique! “My girlfriend and I have been enamored with The Nail Place ever since we stumbled upon it in 2020. Even though we moved to Chicago last year, every visit to Nashville demands a trip to this delightful sanctuary.

What initially captivated us was the ambiance and aesthetic of The Nail Place. Recently, it underwent extensive renovations, adding new services that elevated our experience further. They now offer a drink, wine, and cocktail menu with a two-drink maximum, and the first drink is complimentary. As a connoisseur of cocktails, I can attest that their Mimosas and Champagne never disappoint!

Over the years, we have consistently enjoyed exceptional service from the staff, who are always incredibly accommodating, even when we walk in without an appointment. (Fun fact: I’ve never made an appointment!)

While I usually indulge in their pedicure packages, my girlfriend explores other services. She particularly loves the meticulous care during eyebrow waxing. For pedicures, she opts for white gel paint, while I prefer a clear coat gel. This visit, we chose the “Detox Pedicure,” expertly performed by Ruby and Mandy, who, as always, took excellent care of us.

I finally convinced my girlfriend to try a manicure with nail extensions, and she selected a Light Pink Cat Eye polish on Powder Dipped Coffin/Almond shaped nails, cut to a medium length, perfected by Carrie. Carrie was extraordinarily patient and delicate, ensuring my girlfriend's comfort with the length and design. We left with a stunning French-tipped cat eye design, leaving the ring fingers fully polished. Carrie truly went above and beyond, staying an hour past closing to perfect the look, making her the MVP of our visit. She even presented us with a gift upon departure.
