    I just have to give a shout out not only to the entire team here (love my therapist Kim!) but the front desk. I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years running the front desk and clerical side and I know how hard (and thankless) of a job it can be- but every person I've interacted with up front here has been friendly, helpful, and patient. Thank you for what you do! It's refreshing to enter a healthcare facility without a receptionist behind a glass window and a frown on their face!

    I have Julia Russell for my Physical Therapy. She is knowledgeable , kind & caring and does a great treatment. She has worked on my left shoulder & flexibility as well as lymphedema prevention. I highly recommend her as a therapist as well as the center. My only suggestion is to add an entrance adjacent to parking lot for convenience.

    When I read a couple of negative comments, they are so contrary to my experience and observations it makes me question the veracity of the reports. The Natatorium (lay people call it a pool enclosure) has an extremely well designed ventilation system. I was employed at an Engineering & Construction firm (including pools). There is a perforated fabric duct (go see for yourself) suspended from the ceiling that supplies vast amounts treated air. The pool is warm by medical necessity, which does require high chlorine levels. But I observed the staff taking water tests during two or three vists out a total of eight scheduled sessions.
