“One of the best choices I've ever made. After going through not 1 but 2 other Nashville AC/HVAC companies who came out & did expensive repairs that only prolonged the problem. A friend recommend Broussard Services to me. The technician was there on time, immediately diagnosed the problem as the other two companies did but neither recommended a changeout of one of the units. They did. They were running a summer special I was unaware of & applied that discount to my bill. Talk about good people. In the meantime while I waited a few days for my changeout they repaired the problem free of charge for less than the first two companies & were honest enough to tell me it was only a temporary solution. Thank goodness I took my friend's advice. I was already $1000 in the hole & Broussard Services helped pull me out. They also installed a toilet for me that was too heavy for me to lift after it was delivered. Thank you & a job well done. I highly recommend this company.Services: HVAC system repair“

“DISCLAIMER: At the time of this review (Sept 2023), my project is still in the planning stages, which is the only reason I’m giving 4 stars. I don’t doubt that I’ll be editing this review to give the 5th star once my bathroom is done in November.I submitted a request for pricing through The Shower Pros website late on a Friday evening. On Tuesday morning, I got a call/voicemail from Juan Adams, and a follow up email asking if I was still interested in their services. Less than 3 hours after I’d confirmed that, yes, I was certainly still interested, I had a full, all-encompassing quote in my inbox. Granted, I’d submitted quite a few “as-is” photos with my original request for pricing, which helps on the quoting accuracy, but these guys do this work EVERY. DAY. They know their stuff.Not more than a week later, I’m sitting at my 1 hour design consultation in their showroom, with Juan getting a feel for what I’m looking for, and then bringing me product after product that matched with my vision. Thankfully, their website selection of the tiles/materials you can pick from is just the tip of the iceberg. They have EVERYTHING you could possibly want for your own personal aesthetic. It was a stellar experience, capped off by Juan assigning me literal “homework,” the task of taking about 8 different tile types home with me so that I could see the colors in the space. Juan doesn’t let his clients finalize their tile selections until they do that fit test—after all, the lighting in everyone’s bathrooms can vary wildly.So far, my experience with The Shower Pros has been seamless, and extremely customer-centric. Will update this review after the conclusion!UPDATE: (November 2023) As originally predicted, the fifth star has been confirmed! Y’all, this was truly my best experience with any kind of contracting work. They removed the stock fiberglass tub with zero damage to the walls. They installed a gorgeous shower in less than a week, and took immense care to leave the bathroom very clean after they were finished. They obsessed over every detail, details I probably wouldn’t have even noticed. (I.e. they needed to move the placement of the wall niche by **2 inches** to avoid a massive amount of carpentry work, and they wanted me to be 100% happy with the change.) I’d recommend The Shower Pros to absolutely anyone looking to renovate a bathroom.“
