My experience with Kuhn was great. They met their promise of a same day response. Their communication before, during, and after the work was excellent. I appreciate the quick invoice and pictures provided.
I have been meaning to leave a review for quite a while now. This company was so fast and efficient to work with. I came home after a long trip to find my heating unit not working. We were faced with single digit temperatures moving in the following week and no heat. Kuhn came out the next day and 3 days later I had a new HVAC with financing options that suited my needs. Nathan was the first tech that came out for the inspection and did a fair amount of work and thorough inspection to diagnose and give me all of the options. They replaced 3 units for us matt & angel were the technicians who installed the units and did all the work they came out last week when it was 7 degrees outside and got our 2nd floor unit installed and going so we would have heat on that floor. Very polite and nice and they did a great job ?. Also, Mark and Nathan are very helpful in helping us select the replacement units for our house. I would recommend this company!!!Thank you so much for the good work and for being there when we needed heip .
