This guy, Fidelis Madu, is not what people think! He is a controller and is NOT transparent. He has held a customer's records for several months now not5 releasing them to the point of having to have an attorney demand the customer's records. Now we are going to the authorities and filing possibly criminal charges.
I will never again do business with John Hancock. Every phone number you call for them goes to the same phone tree and is never answered by a real person. I have spent the better part of this day trying to talk to someone but TO NO AVAIL. Such a sorry operation.
