This was my first time at Element and I was very impressed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. I felt that Lexx really listened to what I was looking for and took the time to explain what she was thinking and why prior to starting the cut. She also explained the products she was using and why. Very comfortable and welcoming salon. I’ll be back :).

I had such a great experience with this salon. Laura Jackson was my stylist and I felt so comfortable in her chair. She is so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my hair and how to properly care for it. I will definitely be returning and and booking with Laura again!

I was a new client with Presley yesterday and cannot recommend her enough! It was incredibly easy to schedule a consult and cut the night prior (very last minute!) and I was accommodated just fine.I haven’t even bothered to get my hair trimmed for two years, and I’ve never really invested in a “nice” haircut or style, so this was all very new to me. Presley listened to exactly what I wanted, and I never felt like she tried to pressure me or upsell me on anything. She graciously spared me a ton of small talk which is IDEAL!
