Exceptional service. Staff are kind, welcoming, knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and were able to address my brokerage needs without making me feel inadequate. Rather, they made me feel like a good friend.

I had to take care of some expenses that were death related and unfortunate situations which caused me to have to remove funds early. Nevertheles my dealings with them were very professional and speedy. I hate to hear that things didn't go well for others as they did for me and I definately recommend them, also the way they monitor the account to make sure I am earning when I should be and not losing money. Thanks guys!! I don't think a few bad apples in different branches speak for the overall company
