It’s crazy to think that I’m living in my third Holmes by design house. First one was a spec in Berkshire, then had a custom one built in Marymont springs. My current one was a previously built by them that I wanted to remodel. Andy walked the home with me and gave me insights on what could be done, his vision is unmatche. Remodeling isn’t for the faint heart but it sure is rewarding. We removed and changed the direction of the stairs and created a bourbon room.l while upgrading trim and kitchen upgrades throughout the home. Holmes by design far exceeded my expectations and delivered a home that my kids and I love. Here are some before and afters
