David was so helpful, thorough and trustworthy when I needed help the most. I was given 3 different options at 3 different prices when my HVAC unit bit the dust. David even noticed that one of my returns inside the house had been blocked off! As soon as I made a decision on which unit I wanted to use, David informed me that my unit would be installed the next day before lunch! The entire crew was kind and courteous to my wife while replacing my unit. I have received 3 calls since the install asking if everything is up to my standard and if there is anything I wasn't happy with. Cannot say enough about how pleased we were with both the installation and the 2 young professionals (Angel and Brian) who did the work. They were on time, very respectful of our property and handled a small glitch well ( needed gravel for leveling). As the work day ended there was no evidence of trying to hurry for a finish at the expense of quality. They were very happy to detail everything about our new furnace/AC unit and also the thermostat.Kudos also to David Paris who first prepared several options to buy to replace our ancient unit.
