I love the classes at 1440 - Holly on Monday night is fun and Lori’s Zumba class on Wednesday evening is the best! All ages attend and everyone is very welcoming. I am not a gym person, but they have nice equipment to use.

I've had a membership for a couple of months now and the gym itself is always clean and well-maintained, with equipment that caters to a wide range of workout preferences. I worked with trainer Ashley. I explained exactly what I wanted- teach me how to use the equipment with confidence and create a routine I can do on my own. She did all that and more. The instruction was great, she let me build at my own pace but helped me progress as well. I would definitely recommend her. If you are trying to learn- I am def a gym newbie- this is the place to go- people don’t really bother you and gym-intimidation is non-existent- and she was a great choice for me.
