Richard, owner/operator of Blocker Heating and Cooling, did an excellent job of planning and installing 3 A/C units, radiant in floor heat and 2 tankless water heaters in our new home. All work great and he has been quick to respond if we had questions and even showed up after dark on a weekend when we had a small issue that ended up being our fault. You will not find better service or more character from a business owner anywhere. We will be Life long customers and will refer Richard to anyone in need of HVAC services. If you have HVAC needs, they are the company to use!Our upstairs A/C unit has struggled for several years and this summer it finally gave out. Richard from Blocker came out within 24 hours for a visit/consultation. He examined our current setup, answered my questions with clarity and precision, made a recommendation and provided a quote on the spot. The price was better than other quotes we had gotten and we agreed to move forward.Next morning, his crew arrived and had the old unit ripped out, and the whole new unit installed, up and running in less than 4 hours.
