Based on. neighbor's recommendation, I called Tiger Paws for an issue with my vintage gas furnace. Their technician, Michael, appeared first thing the next morning and quickly diagnosed the issue and had the necessary items to make the repair. Michael performed a through safety check,, made his recommendations. Charges were fair and well explained. Michael was very courteous and professional.
Tiger Paws is THE BEST! We couldn't get someone from our warranty to come see our issue with the A/C for 3 weeks out! I called Mark in a frenzy with our air not working because we needed to sleep for a HUGE career-changing test we had coming up for my husband. Mark called me that day and they were there within 24 hours to see what was wrong and the AC just needed the filter changed and they did it right then and our air worked again! We were so so so thankful and will refer Tiger Paws to anyone that needs A/C help!!Services: Repair HVAC
Tiger paws came right out when we were having issues with our house cooling properly. They identified it as not having enough return air to the system and it turns out our couch was blocking the return vent. The technician was so helpful and really pleasant to work with! He said he wouldn't even charge us for coming out since it was an easy fix. Amazing customer service and we will definitely use them again if any other issues arise. 10/10 recommend using Tiger Paws!
