After numerous stylists cutting my hair then going back only to find out they've left was very discouraging. But I decided to try again and to my blessing I got a wonderful trim/cut today from Casey. I am pleased. I shall return n hopefully Casey will still be here? Btw, the entire staff was very nice n friendly. I actually didn't realize I'd been talking so loud until I realized it! That's when we all start conversing. Thank you.

Very friendly staff. They have been doing an awesome keeping everything clean. They check your temperature and ask you the basic covid questions, have you use hand sanitizer as well. They wash their hands and get a clean cape before your haircut. I also saw them wiping everything down after I my haircut. I felt extremely safe. Also I always get an amazing haircut!! Marybeth, Donna, and Racheal are amazing at what they do!!

Used to take my boys to the Bartlett location years ago. My son had a really weird curl pattern and the stylist at the time was the only one who ever cut his hair right. Now some 20 years later I found myself getting a trim by Ms. Donna and she didn't disappoint.
