Water usage shows we have a significant leak. Called Smith’s and they immediately dispatched Ryan Nelson who did a thorough check; NO LEAK! Service charge was minimal. Now to fight with MLGW. Ryan sent me a picture of his pressure gauge, which will help. Highly recommend Smith’s Plumbing—good, trustworthy, thorough, and honest.

As the owner of a countertop fabrication top, Smith Plumbing is my go-to plumber recommendation for clients. We recently had an emergency at our office and they came to the rescue quickly. The girls in the office were helpful and Steven who was onsite was great and fixed the issue. Best service in Memphis!

I called Smith's Plumbing to have my bathroom sinks retrofitted with 1/4 turn shut-off valves. Allen, the technician called when he was about half an hour from arrival letting us know he was on his way. Once here he looked over the job and developed the quote. We agreed and he went to work. He seemed knowledgeable and a diligent worker. He walked me through what all was involved and explained things that could possibly go wrong since the house is almost 70 years old. He was able to work around all the issues without incurring extra charges. Allen is very personable and polite.
