I recently had Gardner Construction Solutions build me a 19x24 patio cover with a metal roof and fireplace, and I couldn't be happier with the results! Patrick Gardner provided a timely estimate at a fair price and completed the job earlier than expected.
Danny Hester, the superintendent, was fantastic. He managed the day-to-day operations smoothly and was always available by phone for any questions or concerns.

Gardner Construction renovated two bath rooms in our High Point Terrace home. They did their best to keep things neat and clean during demo and construction. We did have rotten wood which caused additional cost but the crew did a good job ensuring everything was solid. Our designer picked beautiful tile and fixtures. The Gardner team ensured everything was installed properly. The carpenter built beautiful built-ins to provide me maximum storage. It took a little longer than we expected due to the time needed to address the rotten wood but we’re super happy with the outcome.
I was repairing a house I inherited. The bathrooms were a mess. I had bought a vanity and picked out tile but did not know how I was going to get it done. Luckily, the carpeting salesman recommended Gardner Construction Services. I am so glad I used them! The bathrooms are beautiful! The Master bathroom is so elegant and luxurious. Thank you Nick, Abel and the guys! They made sure everything was done correctly. You can tell they take pride in their work. I wish I can post a before and after. I highly recommend them!!!
