I received excellent customer service from Marcus Brown when I needed assistance with my MacBook Pro that crashed. Marcus was able to fully recover my computer and save all of my data. Very thankful and highly recommend Complete Computer Services !!!
Complete Computer Services is the standard for quality computer service. My Mac Pro laptop was running extremely slow and I thought I was going to have to buy a new computer. However, I took it over to Complete Computer Services to get it diagnosed and within a week turnaround it was running as good as new! Marcus was very professional and provided updates throughout the short process. I now use these gentlemen for all my computer and electronic needs.
Excellent customer service. I went to bring my laptop for a repair with my mouse pad that Apple ended up messing up and couldn’t fix it. They were able to fix my laptop within reasonable time. Hard working and open communication about what the issue is with your laptop (or whatever your concern is), price, estimated time to fix, and honesty. Would recommend this computer service to anyone.
