Kaylee was so nice and compassionate with us. We were not rushed or hurried. She gave us the information we needed to make our decisions. The funeral home is very pretty. I would recommend Medina Funeral home to anyone. Maddy in the after care program is very knowledgeable and helpful. She is a nice and compassionate person. She took her time and explained things and made suggestions.
Where do I begin these people were so nice. Compassionate and caring. From the pets to the staff simply talking me through the process. Mr.DJ is a fair and honest yet funny man Ms.kayla is a gem she helped me throughout the process and help kept me calm These services are very affordable and the staff went out of their way to accommodate me and my family
The folks at Medina FH and CS were wonderful in helping me finalize plans for my husband's passing. They took care of everything by coming to my home so I did not have to make time to go to their place of business. DJ was very professional but friendly. He showed me options and let me make my own decisions without applying any pressure. Median FH and CS was recommended by the Gentiva Health Services which was taking care of my husband and all the great things they had to say about this funeral home was true. You cannot go wrong with Medina FH and CS.
