I cannot recommend these folks highly enough. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Nick came out on his lunch break to check on my unit. We have two children with autism, and it was 90 degrees in our house. He not only diagnosed the problem, he let me know the part he was replacing was under warranty and wouldn't cost me an extra penny. Before he left, he asked to check one more thing I didn't even notice was wrong. At no extra charge, he fixed the blower on my inside unit. It works better than the day it was installed. He didn't try to sell me anything. He just fixed the problem, then fixed a problem I didn't know I had, thanked me, and left. I wish... read full review
Adams is awesome. After an unusually problematic service and speaking with a supervisor, they took great care and responsibility to fix the issues and make sure everything was OK. They care about their company and their customers, and aside from this one incident, their techs are informative, kind and timely.
My wife and I didn't have AC for three days during the week it was 100F. We got a quote from a different company but felt it seemed weird. I called the crew here and the next morning David was out looking at it. Bad coils. The unit was nine years old. With the cost of fixing it versus a new machine, David explained everything to me while sitting on my porch, not being pushy at all. Shockingly, his quote came in $1000 under the competition for the exact same unit. Which reiterated the fact that the other company was trying to screw us over since we are young homeowners.
