They installed a unit on a new construction home that failed within 24 months, so the builder asked me to contact them directly. They told me they were "too busy" too handle any service or warranty work, and that I could call "anyone I want". I told them yes - that's why I am calling you. He was going to check with the office and call me back - they never called back. The builder told me he stopped using them because their service levels had dropped significantly and the communication was poor. I would recommend working with someone who services what they sell.
We’ve called on Anthony and his company two times in the past two years. He’s super quick to respond and does a great job helping solve our HVAC issues! I’d recommend him to anyone.
Absolutely terrible customer service. As well as the installation was done wrong. They installed the wrong equipment on house and when it had a problem they said they won’t fix it because it past their one year warranty. Explained well it’s made it through winter before so you should have noticed it then. Another company that found the problem said they would have covered it for 5yrs no matter what 10on certain things. This is a bad company with horrible business practice to admit it was installed wrong and still not make it right. Horrible business, deserves 0 stars.
