Since moving up to Knoxville in January I have been to multiple massage therapists and never found one I liked that much. I was so frustrated I reached out to my old massage therapist from where I lived before and she recommended Allyson. I am so glad she did! I finally found someone very kind, calming, and great at massages. Her massages are the perfect balance of pressure and relaxation. I will definitely be back!
The Retreat is the full package. It’s a very peaceful, serene setting with kind staff and talented massage therapists. Brittney is particularly wonderful. She listens and goes above and beyond to make sure that you not only have a relaxing experience but also an effective one. I left my appointment feeling 1,000 times better than when I entered the building. Easiest 5 star rating I’ve ever given.
I had a great first time experience with this spa! Kaitlin was the esthetician and she gave me an excellent Coffee and Cream COQ10 facial. She’s experienced, friendly and professional and the facial was fantastic. My skin looks and feels better than when I walked in- exactly what I was hoping for. I will definitely be back!
