The side of my glasses' frame came off randomly due to one of the springs coming out. I came by and they gave me a replacement screw and installed it free of charge. They also were able to help me fix my backup pair of glasses that I was having to use that was a bit bent. They are very good people here.

I found my way to Luttrell's based on Google reviews. One eye exam, one Matsuda frame with progressive lenses, and one set of lenses for computing distances later...and I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent products, fitment, and great service. Bobby and Mike provided expert recommendations on lenses and frames in a highly competent and professional manner. Moreover, Luttrell's space is very comfortable and welcoming. Highly recommended!
