I have so many great things to say about Karla, Rachel, and Taylar. I have been going to Karla regularly for facials since they opened the location in downtown Johnson City.

Let me first say that the med spa is stunning. I walk in feeling like a star! Rachel is such a welcoming person and treats every guest so well. Taylar and Rachel both have great suggestions on skincare and helpful tips.

I am on the board of directors for the JC Chamber of Commerce and learned about PrimeMD when I heard of their grand opening. Super excited to see another medical aesthetics business make way into the Tri-Cities so I had to give them a try. Let’s just say I’ve had 2 appointments with Lindsey and each time was awesome! The entire staff is so friendly, professional and the atmosphere is beautiful. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They’ll definitely be seeing more of me.

2nd lumecca treatment today at the lovely Prime MD johnson city office. I was treated very well by the staff and Karla did a thorough job on my face. I’m really pleased with my experience so far.
