I have only been here 2. It's hard finding time to go. Both times they have been very accommodating and sweet. I do think there is a language barrier but it does not affect their services. They are very clean and do a nice job. I got the gel and it has lasted over a month.

They always grind the skin around the nails on my fingers, and it hurts for a while. Think I am going back to Knoxville where they are more careful, just recently moved to Jeff City so was looking for something closer. I have been here a few times, the dip is usually pretty and lasts a few weeks, but just cannot get over the chewing up of skin with the drill around the nails.?

I’ve never had a bad experience till now. I’ve been going for five years since I moved here for school. She let her daughter (who doesn’t have a license) do my pedicure and she cut me several times. The pedicure took maybe 20 minutes. Was a waste of 65$! Then the boy who did my nails made them super thick, got acrylic all over my hands and I have torn off my skin trying to remove it. He also cut me with the drill in several places. Worst acrylics I have had in a long time. I still tipped 40% because I could tell they were new and I felt bad.
