They walk you through the entire process and felt I was left to do so little myself. Felt in great hands for sure! If you're lucky enough to get Marshall as your rep, you're in for a real treat! He is so friendly, knowledgeable, answers all questions in a more than timely manner and made this whole experience easy as could be.
