this company is amazing. our hot water tank blew up and flooded the basement they came right out . Kris told us what we needed even though we had to dry the basement out they came right out and installed it . the price was good and they had my new tank up and running. this is the first time I found a company in Campbell county that didn't try to take advantage of you. I do recommend this company and I hope I don't need them again but if I do it will be this company.
It has been incredibly difficult to find local tradesmen to help us revive our fixer-upper in Speedwell TN. If, by chance, we find one at all, their skillset and pricing are completely out of whack. We really struggled to find someone who could run an interior propane line and convert our natural gas range to LP/propane. We eventually found one through Angi. The price quoted was astronomical. Finally, we found Rescue Plumbing and Drain Cleaning through a recommendation on Nextdoor and inquired about an estimate. Matt just installed a tankless water heater for us. It works like a dream. No more wasting water by having to let it run several minutes before the hot water would reach its destination. Now we have instant hot water. It's wonderful! Also, Matt was so professional. He came when he said he would and did exactly what he said he would do. When finished, everything was back where it belonged with no mess. We will definitely call him again and highly recommend this business. It's great to see someone local doing such a great job!
