At drop off on Tuesday morning, I requested a Friday afternoon pickup. Later in the day. I realized that I needed a part of my order much earlier. I called Tuedsay afternoon to make the request for a next day pickup, they graciously accommodated! What excellent customer service on such short notice. I highly recommend Kleen-A-Matic for excellent service!

Today I went by to pick up my dry cleaning. The employee had heard my father had recently passed away and offered her condolences. She then gave me his dry cleaning and refused to take any money for it. That simple act of caring brought me to tears. Thank you so much for your kindness today. It meant the world to me.
