Very prompt. I had to run to another location for X-rays but it was no problem to do and then they let me know ASAP results. I was impressed with their professionalism and care they gave me.
Really sweet receptionist. I couldn’t use my dominant hand and she went out of her way to help me. The nurse in PA that were there did a really good job. I was in and out and half an hour.
The N.P's at the Hixson office have always gone above and beyond with the kindness they always show us when we have to visit for whatever reason and for the genuine care they always provide. It's great to have a place to go in times of urgency that's not dreadful like the E.R.
