I cannot say enough how well this shop is and these artists are. Booking the appointment was simple and thorough, and they respond fast. I had Rich, and he brought my HallowBee to life. He thoroughly explained everything and would clarify any questions I had. There was never a dull moment in conversation either. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who wants to get a tattoo!

Amazing experience! Rich was very detail oriented and particular with his placement. He also made feel very reassured and comfortable with every decision. He did not mind me wanting my tattoo resized. He also answered lots of questions and had great stories to share! I would love to get another tattoo by him again some day!

We went to one place in pigeon Forge and the guy didn’t want to do anything. We then went to this place and Joey greeted us right away. He didn’t hesitate to help us with what we wanted. Him and his coworker were very friendly and the environment was amazing. I’m very pleased with his work and customer service. I highly recommend this place.
