I could not agree any less with the 1 star reviews I have read here. After seeing Cumberland Dermatology's high Google rating, I decided to give them a go. Best decision I have made for my skin yet. I went to the Cookeville office and although I did see a PA, I was not disappointed. Ms. Rotolo was very thorough. Her assistant re-explained everything after Ms. Rotolo had left the room. I felt very educated and at ease. They even gave me informational handouts! Very impressed. The office is clean and pleasant.
