In over 40+ years of home ownership, I never before had to file a claim for damage. After the tree was removed from the roof, Stephen and Michael came and surveyed the damage. We agreed for them to meet with the adjuster and contact the insurance company about the work until the roof was completely repaired. The cleaning and debris removal was excellent, like they had never been there! This team has been very professional and showed the customer was their main concern to have all damage covered. I learned Michael had just joined the team with Southern Guardian LLC, so this was also the first damage claim he was involved in, just as I was. We walked thru it together....read full review

We needed a repair on a Friday before the rainy weekend, and we had the hardest time finding someone who would answer the phone, let alone help. But Robert was so amazing, he came out same day and fixed our issue! He was professional, kind and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend him and Southern Guardian Roofing.
