We've been going to Mt. Empire for 30 years. The drs. are thoughtful, take the time to talk and listen (even though our daughter has many disabilities). My husband has a condition the recurs frequently, and he is always treated correctly. Sometimes you do have to wait, but it is because they do their jobs AND take the time to listen. They have treated us for glaucoma, cataracts, uveitis and other problems.
All I can say is wow! At 45 years old my husband and I were informed today that he has a scar in his left retina and cataracts in both eyes! Everyone from the nurses to the physician were so over the top compassionate! Very informative! In a time like this when you're given news that is life changing... There is something to be said about the people who are there to soften the blow!! I want to personally thank all of you!! You made us feel like you care and you are going to be here with us every step of the way!!Looking at these previous reviews I'm really surprised because we went to America's Best to get glasses... As a new resident of the area, I needed an eye doctor for an eyelid issue. This place was recommended and it turned out to be an excellent choice. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The wait was minimal and the service exemplary.
