REVISED down to 1! Communication issues!, I have do idea who I am talking to...Dispatch, manager, or "boss". Need a "revisit" as noise still present and so far this "Mon 3-6pm" appointment is now at sometime on Thurs. My fault, I didn't check reviews!Tried real hard to stay/support local business but local repair shops never returned my call and this # did. BUT THEY ARE NOT LOCAL. My tech came from Cordova. Hopefully repair stays repaired but if they aren't truthful about location, was else are they not truthful about. NOT RECOMMENDED

This business is literally in Atoka, TN and when I called the guy (Henry) who answered told me they don't service Atoka, TN. How can you not service the town where you are located? Then he proceeded to hang up on me.
