I had a large oak which fell onto my house and driveway (including crushing the rear bed of a pickup truck), and I was recommended to call Lain's by another very reputable tree service who didn't have a large enough crane to deal with this tree. The Lain's team came out literally the next day after the quote and carefully removed the tree from the house (and in the process, separating a large beehive in an upper branch and gently placing it away from the work to let the bees figure things out). Local, professional, bonded/insured, and the absolute best price I found. I got quotes from three other companies and the next cheapest option was literally double what Lain's quoted. One was three times as much - that company asked me how much I was quoted before and I told them what Lain's quoted me and he was shocked a licensed and bonded company could offer that and said there was no way he could match the price.
The service was timely and they made quick work of the tree we needed gone. They even cut it into firewood lengths at the quoted price.
