This was a great experience! Andrew was professional, courteous and thorough - explaining everything he was doing and inviting me to watch if I wanted, then going through my options. In this day and age, ANY sort of customer service is very hard to come by - but this experience was a shining example of what it should be. From interactions with staff who made, and followed up on, my appointment (so positive, and immediately instilling a feeling that the goal of the company is to ensure complete customer satisfaction) to the service provided by the technician - exemplary!!!
We had a new AC unit installed for our home recently. They came out very quickly to do a free quote. This was very informative and quick. We were booked for installation within a week. The technicians, Christian & Coleman were SO helpful and informative. They were professional, polite, and extremely kind as well. Making sure they kept baby gates and doors closed to keep our busy household of kids and cats safe and indoors. Talking to my son as he was very interested in what they were doing. Paul was on time, and very thorough in evaluating and explaining my vent problem. It turns out that my heat register is fine, and that the room in question is likely colder because it is on the NW side of the house. I appreciated Paul giving me his full care and attention while figuring out my problem.
Jed came by later to inspect the furnace, and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Jed met all my expectations regarding Centennial's outstanding customer service!
