The carpet cleaning was great however the technician failed to do a final walk through with me to ensure I was completely satisfied with the service. He removed all hoses and said he was done. I mentioned I required some furniture to be moved which I was going to do. It would have taken a minute to move. He brushed it off and left. So I'm not completely satisfied with the service because all rooms were not cleaned to my satisfaction. The areas they did do were great but not ensuring the customer was satisfied at completion and blowing my concerns off is the reason for the two stars.
Carpet cleaning 4 large rooms and stairs. I had a wonderful experience with ServiceMaster. Haley was my carpet cleaning professional and she did an amazing job. The price was good. This is our 2nd steam cleaning with them. Just before Covid and now. We will keep their number on our speed-dial for next time.
I am a current customer of SERVICE MASTERS. On the day of the incident Jay my project director had several people @ my home as he instructed each of them as to what needed to be done. Each group that came in were extremely efficient. The last two guys that cleaned and packed out my lower level certainly went the extra mile.. MARTY BELCHER & DUSTON WALKER took the time to explain to me the details of their operations. Moving forward in the event more work has to be done, I will be anticipating the return of these men.
