This place is terrible. Cant ever speak to someone in the office when you call. I left several messages regarding test results that I was told would take a week to get back. It has been a month and still no results. I cant get anyone to return my call and I was told they would not treat my suspected condition until we git those results. At this point I’ve had another doctor treat me. If I had waited on them I would still be ill. This is not patient care to be proud of.
I have been going here to see Wendy for probably a year now and my husband sees Dr Kedar. I’ve always had a good experience! Check out lady is super friendly and providers and nurses are caring and compassionate. Recently we had issues getting medical clearance completed for my husbands surgery but Angie worked very hard and tolerated my many calls and agitation until our problem was resolved. She did this with great understanding and compassion, not to mention she is always super friendly which is a huge plus for me. Vanessa is AWESOME HER BED SIDE MANOR WAS AWESOME AND ALL THE NURSES AND RECEPTIONIST THAT WWORKED WITH ME WERE SPOT ON AND PROFESSIONAL. WHEN I SWITCHED MY PCP I KNEW THIS WAS THE PLACE. VANESSA LISTENED TO WHAT I HAD TO SAY AND SHE WAS ON POINT WITH EVERYTHING I FEEL SO MUCH BETTER!!!!!! THANKS Vanessa !!!!
