I called brothers air, heat & plumbing. For thier special tune up special. The technician did a thorough inspection and found a burnt wire and bad capacitor. And fixed it was very professional and now my 74 year old mother will have heat and air. I would highly recommend brothers air, heat & plumbing.

James and Adam were top tier in their service for us in Charlotte! What a tandem! They showed why Brothers continues to be the best in the business.. they were early, very attentive, gave great details, went above and beyond in their service for us. Im speechless. They did a terrific job with our hvac system! I highly recommend this combo and Lowe’s for everything hvac!

Kayla was superb! Brothers was contacted for water leaking through a recessed light fixture in the ceiling of our downstairs apartment. Kayla thoroughly assessed the situation and, given the magnitude of the leak and its location, communicated with her supervisor about a plan. Although she was unable to correct the leak on her own, a team was scheduled for the following morning, despite the holiday weekend. Brothers continues to be our go-to company for heating & air, and now Kayla will be requested for any additional plumbing issues.
