It’s such a small spot , one bay was busy the second bay only took cash so u could only buy a car wash not subscription, so I just left. I only like the laser washes or dIY wash stations and those are hard to find. I’m beginning to wonder how much it cost just to have it detailed every week or finding a diy myself.

North Myrtle Beach 44th Ave N location is a disgrace. Vacuum has no suction. Hose broken and laying on the ground. No towels, an one attendant who just guides you in. No pre cleaning. $18 for nothing truck still dirty after wash.

Back in January, I took my truck to the North Myrtle Beach location to get it washed. At some point during the process, one of their machines took of the tailgate trim piece. The manager was not present at the time and I returned a couple days later and spoke to the individual in charge, explained my situation. Fortunately the attendant who was present the day this happened was there and backed my story. Shortly afterwards was contacted by Zips whereupon they opened a case. Furthermore, I sent pictures of the damage. Three months have elapsed and despite back and forth e-mails, the damage has been unresolved.
